Flowpilot helps UK businesses use AI and automation to make everyday work simpler.
We build practical AI automations that handle repetitive tasks, connect the tools you already use, and reduce the amount of manual work your team has to do.
That might mean moving information between systems, automating time-consuming admin, helping your team work through large amounts of data, or building a focused AI assistant around a specific part of your business.
Flowpilot is the trading name of ONLINE ADVENTURES LTD, a technology company incorporated and registered in Scotland. [company number: SC661043]

Three straightforward principles guide everything we design and build.
You shouldn't have to replace everything just to benefit from AI. Where possible, we work with the software, tools, and processes your team already knows and trusts.
We start by understanding how work actually gets done day to day. From there, we look for repetitive, manual, or time-consuming tasks that can sensibly be automated without forcing your team to change everything else around them.
If AI isn't the right answer to a particular problem, we won't force it. The result should make things simpler, not create another complicated system for your team to manage.
AI can do a lot, but that doesn't mean it should make every decision on its own.
We build in human checks and approvals where they matter, particularly when accuracy, financial information, or business judgement is involved.
The goal isn't to remove people from your business. It's to take tedious, repetitive tasks off their plates and give them useful tools for the work that still needs human judgement.
Work created specifically for your business remains yours.
That includes custom automations, integrations, connectors, configuration scripts, and documentation produced during your project.
We don't want to make you dependent on Flowpilot. Where practical, we'll make sure your team understands what has been built and how it fits together, without unnecessary restrictions or vendor lock-in.
Automating business processes can involve important company information, so we take data protection and clear boundaries seriously from day one.
Our work is carried out in line with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
Data Controller: ONLINE ADVENTURES LTD is the legal controller for engagement data and processes that information only where there is a lawful reason to do so.
We do not sell, rent, or monetise client data.
Where a client workflow uses a third-party AI model, such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, we use dedicated business API connections and zero data retention (ZDR) options where they're suitable and available.
Your company documents, emails, and database records are not used to train public or commercial foundation models.
Before connecting an automation to live systems, we'll review how and where your data is being used with the relevant people on your team.
There's a lot of noise around AI. We'd rather be straightforward about what automation can and can't do.
We don't promise that adding AI will automatically make a process faster or cheaper. Results depend on the task, the quality and consistency of the data, and how the solution is put together.
Where our site references productivity benchmarks, we cite independent research from organisations such as the Office for National Statistics (ONS), the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), and the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), rather than presenting those figures as guaranteed results.
Our client contracts and terms of service are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
The Scottish Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over legal matters or disputes arising from our business operations.

You don't need a complex AI strategy before talking to us.
If your team is spending time copying information between systems, wrestling with spreadsheets, producing the same reports every week, or managing a process that feels like it should be simpler, that's enough of a starting point.
Tell us how the work gets done today. We'll help you work out what could sensibly be automated, where AI could genuinely help, and what is better left alone.
